18. Lilia Podkopayeva - 1996 Olympics - All Around

Lilia is one of my favorite foreign gymnasts. I was rooting for her a little when I first watched the All-Around. Then as the competition went on and the Americans dropped in the standings, I rooted for her more. I was happy to see her win. She really deserved it.
