15. Shannon Miller - 1992 Olympics - All Around
Those vaults were amazing. I can’t believe that first one was not given a 10. That second vault had the tiniest fraction of a step. I wonder what the standings would have been if there hadn’t been the tiniest fraction of a step on that vault. Shannon lost to Tatiana Gustu by the most narrow margin in history.
