17. Svetlana Khorkina - Russia - 1996 Olympics - All Around

Svetlana is one of my favorite gymnasts to watch on floor, so you’re gonna see her a couple times on this list. I love how theatrical she is, how she makes eye contact, her dance, and she always has great music. With her height, she has a different kind of presence on floor. If you’re a dramatic gymnast, floor is your stage.
